improving!
I first ordered this phone over 4 months ago, becuse the price is far cheaper than any model sold locally. It arrived quickly - but the GPS did not work at all. After about a month of negotiations (too long! Focal Price agreed to resend the order and reimburse me the postage for returning the phone.
The new phone that was sent as a replacement at first had 2 malfunctions:
1) The GPS at first did not work - but after a while it began working!
2) The flashlight does not work at all in phone number 2 - but sincee that is not an important function I accepted a partial refund as compensation.
All in all the phone is a good one - and I hope it will pass the test of time,

Hebrew in reverse! Missing character!

Ups: First I must say that the phone functions well: it seems to connect seamlessly to cellphone networks, and is easy to use.
Downs:1) In the Hebrew alphabet the character ץ is missing and the character ך is twice!
2) On the home screen in Hebrew all words (such as "music" are in reverse eg: "cisum"!!) in spite of the fact that text messages are not reversed,

Gps and driver missing!
I bought this phone because I wanted a reasonably priced phone, dual sim (usually not available in Israel in spite of the fact that the cellphone was originally developed here) with all the settings og a 3+G android including GPS and Hebrew.
Pros: The languages are superb! The phone is a rather large but sleek design, the technology works fast in both cell-networks, and has great potential.
It arrived in Israel about 3 weeks after the order was made. and that in itself is a ++.
Cons: After a few days use the GPS has yet to locate at least one satellite! - It either is very VERY weak - or does not function at all! If it will not work I will be demanding a refund - because a working GS is a prime reason for the purchase of the phone.
Lacks a USB driver - and it seems that the model is not standard, or is not common so please FocalPrice send a link to a site from which a USB driver can be downloaded.
But in spite of all this - a good purchase indeed!

SUPERB!
Only 3 weeks after ordered the phone arrived, in one piece - And what a phone it is!
I needed a phone for 2 cell networks - work and private use, with all the functions of a smart phone, including GPS and email.
It functiions very well in both cell networks, the speaker is a bit weak, but it is a superb value for the very competitive price: Even the Hebrew dictionary is surprisingly accurate - a real surprise!
Israel is the home of the original cell-phone - an Israeli invention - but for some reason it is nearly impossible to buy a dual-sim phone from the various cell companies.
It is a bit large - and I hope I will find an appropriate case to carry it due to it's rather unusual size.
I am waiting for a proposal from Focal Price for a case for this phone.

Practical for many smartphones!
I use the armband for my Samsung Galaxy mini - it is not expensive, practical and does it's job well!

Practical and good looking
The protective case gives the phone a "new" appearance, and you can change colors often and have a "new" phone every day!
The only thing not totally outstanding is that it is not totally convenient to reach the controls that are on the phone's sides.
All in all - a good purchase!

Where is the GPS?
I ordered this product, hoping that it would be as you stated on your site. Sad to say however that in spite of your claim that the product has a GPS - it does not!!
Also please send the producat with an instruction manual in international languages. (It came only in Chinese, a fine language indeed, but not applicable outside China)
