The Best:
The device is cheap and allows you to use your 18650 cells to charge any USB-powered device. It produces 5V output. You can operate and charge 1 to 4 cells inside it. It charges fast.
The Good:
Doesn't overcharge cells! Overcurrent protection up to 1A. Overdischarge protection below 3V. When you remove all the cells and later put any cells - you have to press the "Restart button" inside before closing the box.
3 level LED color voltage-meter button, that starts also a LED flashlight when the device is on.
Dual charging connectors: miniUSB & Nokia.
Charges using any Apple product cable that fits (data, and charging).
The Bad: The device treats all inserted cells as one single element! This is bad if you have cells that differ (in voltage and in capacity. But as a side effect the device can operate with any number of 18650 cells, including single cell! Although
