Great for the price
I bought this for my Motorola T5000 walkie talkie, and works like a charm. The mic is sensitive enough to use it without closing to my mouth too much.
I own a pair of cheap walkie talkie COBRA MICROTALK, and this earphone and mic works perfectly too!
Quality is not great, thin cable and plastic ear support looks like is going to fall apart any time soon. Sound quality is enough, great addition to paintball equipment.
Bottom line: Buy it, it works, its cheap, what else do you need??

Can't Beat it!!!
Thought that I would try these out for the price. My existing ear buds do not have the piece to hold them into your ear. Always a pain because they are constantly falling out.
These work great on both my Motorola 9500's radio's and my older 5500's. Here in Canada the motorola ear buds go for around $30 a set!!!
I hope more people start filling out reviews to give other people the heads up on a product.

WARNING!
I bought two of these items but they have a 3.5mm Jack so they dont work on my T5412 Walkie-Talkie. So be careful with this thing. They say that It is compatible with Motorola Radio 1-pin model T4XXX series T5XXX series T6XXX series and T7XXX series radio ect. and its not true.
