Get in the way
The front part where it fix onto the ipad actually clash with the protector causing the protector to pop out.

Good value
It covers the back of the iPad 2 quite well. Cutouts are provided and in the right place for all controls, speaker, headphone jack, camera, dock connector, etc...
Unfortunately, the color does not match the gray leather smart cover. The color shown in the picture is accurate, so I should have known that before it arrived! It also makes it too thick to fit in my dock, but the Apple cable fits just fine with the cover on.
