Great if you need a backup phone
I have a iPhone 4s with micro SIM. I just bought this to keep in handy in case I break my phone and need to use the SIM card in an older backup phone whith normal SIM size. Thankfully I have not needed it yet, but at least I have it available in case I should need it.
