Unpaid: The buyer has not yet paid or payment was unsuccessful
Paid: The buyer has completed payment for the order.
Pending: Payment has been made but the customer’s funds have not yet reached the seller’s account. If the customer uses PayPal’s E-check to pay for an order, it normally takes 3-7 days to reach the seller’s account. During this period, the status of your order is shown as pending.
Invalid Orders: The entire order has been canceled or all unshipped back orders have been canceled.
Shipped: All products in your order have been shipped.
Partially Shipped: Only a portion of your order has been shipped. This may be due to some products being out of stock among other reasons. The remaining unshipped products are referred to as back orders.
We accept the following four payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Web Money and Boletus.
Notice: If you pay via credit card via Focalprice website, you commit that you are the legal card holder of the credit card, the shipping address is correct and the credit card is within the period of validity. And you also commit that the transaction is under your authorization.
1.3 Order Audit and Confirmation
PayPal Payment Audit: We take our customers’ privacy and the accuracy of orders very seriously. If there is anything abnormal regarding your order, such as abnormal address or abnormal payment amount, FocalPrice will temporarily hold the order. FocalPrice staff will contact you via e-mail or system message to confirm the authenticity of the transaction before releasing the order.
Credit Card Payment Audit: Orders paid for by credit card will be individually audited by FocalPrice staff. If there is anything abnormal regarding your order, such abnormal address or abnormal payment amount, FocalPrice will hold the order and contact you through e-mail or system message to confirm the authenticity of the transaction. This is done as a security precaution in order to protect the identity of our customers.
In order to expedite shipping, FocalPrice has adopted a method of subcontracting shipments, which means that in-stock products will be shipped first. Sometimes this will result in separate shipments. Should your order contain back ordered items, these will be shipped once the product has been restocked. In order to keep you up-to-date on your order, we will not notify you of the partial shipment in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Ø If the order status displays ‘Unshipped’, you can request to cancel or change your order via ‘My Message’ in ‘My Account’. Our customer service team will give priority to dealing with these requests. However, if your order has been shipped before we process your request, we will not be able to cancel or change the order.
Ø If the order status displays ‘All Shipped’, we cannot cancel or change the order.
Ø If the order status displays ‘Partially Shipped’, you can apply for the cancellation or change of unshipped items. Our customer service team will give priority to dealing with this kind of demands. However, if your order has been shipped before we process your request, we will not be able to cancel or change the order.
Due to product cycles and other reasons, it is possible that products will be out of stock temporarily or forever. In this situation, FocalPrice will cancel the order and refund your money. In order not to waste your time, we will not notify you of this circumstance in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Most orders will be arranged for shipment within 1-3 business days. For unshipped and out-of-stock items, we will cancel the order and refund your money if the product cannot be restocked within a reasonable period. Order shipments will be significantly affected during major Chinese holidays such as the Spring Festival, May Day and National Day. FocalPrice will notify customers on our website when such holidays are approaching so that you can plan accordingly.
Your order may be returned by your local post office due to an incomplete or incorrect address among other reasons. Should this happen, FocalPrice will contact you via e-mail within two working days of receiving your returned package and arrange for reshipment or refund according to your preference.
All customs duties imposed by local customs officials are the sole responsibility of the customer. In order to avoid the loss of cargo, customers should familiarize themselves with the local laws regarding banned products before making a purchase with FocalPrice.
For mobile phones, cameras, GPS systems, computers and other products, if there is any quality defect, you can return and replace the item within 90 days from the date of shipment. For product defects beyond this period, we offer complimentary repair service within 180 days of the date of shipment.
For other items not mentioned above, you can return the item and receive a refund within 90 days of the date of shipment.
