I have a BELKIN charger and comparing to this there are no differences regarding time to get my ITOUCH charged. You will receive it well packaged and with round plugg to switch on without an adapter.
It has a blue led to inform you that it is connected, perhaps it sounds fool but sometimes you think your device is charged and perhaps that socket does not run.
And the price.........I could have not got it cheaper in my city
