I have placed a number of orders for a variety of products and all the products ordered have been good value for money and of a good quality.
With every order I have had a problem such as - wrong colour, broken part, very late delivery. Every problem has been sorted out but it is a frustrating exercise. These problems must cost FocalPrice a fortune to sort out so I would suggest they look at their systems in order to improve the service to their customers.

It is not an apple product... it is cheaper one!! I bought it because of the price.
So great and useful, too confortable to typing with the IPAD when you`re in the bed or sofa because of his rotary area.
