I ordered two of these keyboards - one of them works fine but the other one was dead on arrival. I contacted Focal Price about it and they wanted me to get it repaired in the US since they are based in China. When I explained that the repair would cost more than the product itself, they had me ship it all the way back to some address in China. I did so and tried to use a tracking number but that doesn't work too well once the package enters China. They claimed they never received the return so not only didn't I get a replacement but I'm also out the cost of shipping. Crappy customer service! (and to top it off, all of my previous messages to the company have been deleted from my account)

I really Loved this remote contorl, works like a charm on Macbook Pro OSX. the reciever is attached, once you remove it, it's place is empty. they need to create a cap for it. over all, I love it.

Works perfect, I use it for the super dock of my Motorola Atrix. The pad is good ando so the keyboard. Very good reception, I use it in a 6 meters distance.
The materials coudl be better but it works fine. Excelent price.

Using it for my Home Theatre PC... keeps house clutter free and receptions is great.
Great for travelling because for it's size and functionability.
