It works for charging my controllers (I don't have the Move, so I couldn't test with it).
When attaching the controller, it doesn't stay very well locked... so if you touch it by accident it may stop charging (by loosing the connection). It should be more securely attached in that way. But anyway, it's a good and simple product for helping you organize and charge your controllers and the same time. It's very good to know this works with the Move too, if I buy the Move controllers in the future.
There's no manual, so: green light means not charging. Red light means charging. Individual lights for each slot (2 in total).
