Well, I can't tell for sure if this cable is genuine or not, but it sure has quality and look very nice.
It has a tight fit, wich for me is a pro, since I'm not plugging and unplugging it often.
Already tested it connecting my notebook to my LCD Sony TV to watch a Bluray movie. Working flawlessly.
Haven't tested the HDMI 1.4 capabilities though.
Came nicely packed.

I have to admit that I was at first very skeptical about purchasing this HDMI cable since there were a lot of threads on the internet about fake Monster M2000HD cables. Let me tell you, I don't care whether it's fake or it's the real thing, the cable itself is well-buit and in excellent quality! I looked at the so called "real" Monster M2000HD cable at the store and they look and feel exactly the same! The only difference is the packaging. All Monster cables are made in China! So who to say which one reall and which one is fake.
I'm not willing to pay a lot more money for a stupid fancy packaging, it's useless! What's count at the end is the quality of the cable, which this cable has. I compared this cable with my AudioQuest Chocolate HDMI cable which I paid over $100.00 for over a year ago and didn't not see any difference in the picture and sound quality.
I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Well built, excellent quality, fast shipping (considering it's coming from the other side of the globe) and excellent price.
