Great Universal Camera RemoteGeneral Comment: Great Remote. Tested with a Canon EOS450D. Press the S-Button and the camera focuses and shoot directly. The 2S-button comes in handy when taking pictures of yourself, when the camera is mounted on a tripod. You have enough time to place the remote out of sight. You don''t have to aim directly on the camera, but anything near it will do.
Good Points: Build quality, works on commonly available battery, it is small and the price (it''s also small) !!
Bad Points:
A great remote for cameraGeneral Comment: This remote works great with my Nikon D80. The camera only lets it control the shutter release. The remote does all that it is supposed to with my camera. I wish my camera allowed more functions of the remote to be used but the Nikon D80 does not have an auto zoom function.
Good Points: The remote is small and can be hidden in your hand when taking a picture of yourself. It also stores easy in a camera bag does not take up much space. I also like this version of the remote because if I do get another make of camera it will most likely work with that camera.
Bad Points:The remote does not do any other feature than control the shutter release with my Nikon D80. I wish it could control more but that is really a limiting aspect of the camera. (it would be difficult to do much more that a shutter release with the Nikon D80 because of the type of camera.
