These are better than the Tool-less jacks I bought from a different seller as since it is easier to punch the wire than to crimp it manually (when using the tool less jacks). When using the tool less jacks I had difficulty making a solid connection, and had to try it lots of times before I get a good connection. With this jack, I just use a punch down tool, and 99% of the time it's working with no problems.
Cons:
still a bit pricey. Focalprice doesn't sell the wall plates...
