It's faux leather, but the quality is ok. It has magnets on the corners soort it closes very good. If you don't travel much without it, it will hold out for a long time.

Works great, looks stylish.
Surprisingly cheap compared to what competitors are selling for.
I only have a slight complaint about the creasing that is left from folding it but it works perfectly for it's price.
