Have been bringing it ard when i'm travelling.Very light small and portable. Good for use in hotels without wireless. Save alot of trouble for me by setting up wireless signal in the hotel room. And also good for macbook/netbook users without the RJ45 port.

Bought this use while travelling on business.
Router software/menus are all in Chinese as are the included instructions. Unless you read Chinese, you will need to use the English documents on the TP-LINK website as reference to translate on the fly. In spite of that challenge, I was able to use this in AP and Repeater modes without issue. The Chinese version has a different default IP address than the one in the English manual. Also the unit ships with no security as the default (different than the manual).
Overall, really cool!

I used to take a standard (and bulky) WiFi bridge/router with me on holiday and business trips to ensure that I got good Wifi coverage. I read about the new TP-Link products and thought I'd give one a go.
It delivers. It is pocket sized, easily links into a fixed network port (like many supplied in hotel rooms) and is powered from a USB cable that can be linked directly to a laptop or to a USB plug - like a lot of phone chargers now are. Not sure about the benefits of powering the USB off a laptop as you might as well plug the laptop straight into the network connection via hard cable unless you need the wifi for more than one device.
Overall I'm very impressed. Most of all because it gives decent coverage and is very compact. So, impressed, I'm soon to be ordering 2 more for colleagues and friends.
