Pros:
Nice slim design.
Comes with a built-in USB cable so you can use it like a thumb disk without needing to carry a separate USB cable.
Built-in mini USB socket.

Cons:
The drive is not easy to install to or remove from the enclosure.
The built-in USB cable is very short.
The unit I received has a faulty built-in USN socket.
