I installed the software on the supplied disc and just tried some file transfer from mobile phone. Forget which way, but the transfer from phone to PC was rapid and vice a versa slow, or the other way around. In either case one way fast one slow. Did not spend any time trying to figure that out yet, but product seems fine.
