I use it on my SDRAM and get around 10%less heat.
It si very cheap on FocalPrice, because in my local store heatsink like this is for 5 euro or more.

I'm not sure if it made any difference on the temperature of my memories, cause I don't have access to this data, but looks really nice through my acrilic side panel.

This item is good for DDR 2 or higher, since the older RAM does not heat up so much, unless over-clocked.
